Personal trainer, Aaron, held a 12-week Holiday Survival Challenge to help his clients keep the weight off during the holidays. They followed 3 healthy habits: 150 minutes of cardio, 3-5 workouts a week and 3 servings of veggies a day. All of the participants did an amazing job and lost an average of 6 pounds and 9 inches.
