John Froio, NASM CPT
John Froio is a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-physical Therapy and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology. He specializes in Strength and Conditioning as well as sport specific performance improvement and injury rehabilitation. Fitness and exercise are not only his pastime, but his passion, as he can often be found lifting dumbbells at a gym near you. John enjoys playing sports like baseball and golf and he is more than happy to help work with you on exercises and techniques to help improve whatever your game or passion is. John is also suited to assist with rehabilitating minor aches pains as well as strengthening imbalances and rehabbing chronic injuries.
When it comes to John’s programming approach, he promotes a “consistency is key” mentality coupled with increased and prolonged workout intensity to drive noticeable and meaningful results in efficient amounts of time. John believes in making each rep of your workout count and not wasting any time once in the gym. Whether you prefer dumbbells, calisthenics, compound lifts, or treadmills, John can incorporate it into a workout tailored to suit your needs and preferences, while implementing consistent programing, accurate technique, and energetic intensity.
John currently works evenings and weekends. He is accepting new clients.
