Brianna Atkins, NPTI CPT

As a fitness enthusiast, sports fanatic & former 3-sport athlete, Bri was called to personal training in her young 20's when she attended the National Personal Training Institute in Raleigh, NC. This program required 500 in gym hours prior to graduation which really helped develop her training skill set. She has taught group fitness classes of up to 40 individuals in corporate office buildings, city parks and private studio settings. This has helped her learn how to adapt to all exercise levels to truly make every individual feel comfortable, safe & empowered.
Bri is a functional trainer who emphasizes the importance of multi-joint, compound movements that will make every day life movements feel easier and with less pain. As a scoliosis sufferer with chronic back pain and spinal fusion in her thoracic spine, Bri has a strong emphasis on core strength training as she understands how important it is in the reduction of back pain (which nearly 40% of adults have experienced at some point).
Bri trains all fitness levels, all ages & has experience with clients who have chronic illnesses as well. Her primary goal is for her clients to achieve their goals and to always keep their bodies guessing by constantly changing up the workouts. No session will ever be the same!
