*Helps control body weight
*Helps increase endurance
*Helps you get stronger (not always bulkier)
*Helps reduce risk of heart disease
*Helps decrease risk of osteoporosis *Helps reduce risk of Type II diabetes
*Helps reduce risk of some cancers *Helps enhance mood and reduce stress
*Helps your ability to sleep
*Helps posture which can reduce back pain
*Improves balance and coordination, especially as we age.
